Christien van der Linden is a Certified Emergency Nurse who completed her Masters of Science in Nursing, her Masters of Science in Clinical Epidemiology, and her PhD entitled “Emergency Department Crowding: Factors influencing Flow”. Christien works as a clinical epidemiologist and research coordinator at an Emergency Department in the Netherlands. Christien has published over 50 scientific articles in national and international journals, and is the chair of the Scientific Committee of the European Society for Emergency Nurses.
