Rhiannon Rasmussen has been a nurse at University Health in San Antonio, Texas since 2013 and is the current Assistant Director of Quality and Process Improvement over Emergency Services since 2021. Mrs. Rasmussen earned her baccalaureate and graduate degrees from University of Texas health, San Antonio. She began her career as a PICU nurse for 3 years, then a PCICU nurse for 2.5 years. In 2016, she became the educator for both the Pediatric Cardiac Unit and the Pediatric Emergency Department. Two years later she became the manager in the Pediatric ED.
