William "Will" Herrera has worked at University Hospital ER for over 20 years. Most recently he was the Charge Nurse for the Trauma Resuscitation Unit in the ER before transitioning to ER Educator. Will was also Lead Flight nurse for air medical services and his passion has always been emergency nursing and outreach education.
