Allison Johnsen supports and facilitates the professional development of healthcare clinicians. Allison is a professional coach certified by the International Coach Federation and the Center for Credentialing and Education. She is also a licensed clinical counselor in practice for over 20 years. Facilitating healthcare clinician training, self-awareness, growth and wellness is Allison’s life purpose. Six Sigma certified, Allison has led many quality improvement projects. She draws on all her experience in her current role as a nursing Professional Development Specialist at a 130 bed community hospital.
