Lisa Allen is an emergency department nurse educator with over 30 years of nursing experience at a Level One Trauma Center. During the 30 + years of nursing, 12 years was spent as a Flight nurse while continuing to work PRN in the ED. The last 5 years has been as an Educator helping on-board new employees into the ED.
