Jennifer Wilbeck is a Professor of Nursing at Vanderbilt University and the Emergency NP (ENP) Academic Director. Her efforts have promoted the ENP role nationally and internationally to support delivery of high quality emergency care through education, service, practice and advocacy. Her leadership of the nation's first dual NP academic program for ENP preparation remains an exemplar for ENP educational programs. She led the development of national practice standards and the creation of a national ENP specialty certification board examination. Dr. Wilbeck's scholarly interests include the role of simulation in NP education, ENP practice issues and competency assessment.
