Emergency Medical Services for Children Innovation and Improvement Center
Lisa Gray is co-lead for the Emergency Medical Services for Children Innovation and Improvement Center (EIIC) Hospital and Trauma Domains. She is co-chair of the National Pediatric Readiness Project Steering Committee. Prior to joining the EIIC, she was the Director of Trauma Services at a Level II Adult and Pediatric Trauma Center. She served as a past president of the Pediatric Trauma Society. In addition, she has over 15 years of pediatric critical care nursing experience. Her current role is dedicated to ensuring that emergency departments are pediatric ready and have the resources to provide high-quality emergency care for children.
