Michelle Moegling, BSN, RN, CPN is Co-Nurse Lead for the Hospital Domain for EMSC Innovation and Improvement Center (EIIC). Michelle’s home base is University Hospitals Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio where she is the Program Coordinator for pediatric readiness across the Health System. She also currently participates as a subject matter expert and project manager on several federally funded grants focusing on pediatric readiness and disaster preparedness for children and families. Prior to this she had16 years of experience as a pediatric emergency room nurse and educator at a Level 1 pediatric trauma center.
