Susan Higgins is a nurse with over 25 years experience. Although most of her experience was gained in the ED, she has also worked in pediatric ICU and as a transplant coordinator. Currently, she works as a project manager in quality and patient safety. In addition to improving ED processes, she is passionate about building resilience and wellbeing in ED nurses.
